Strategic CFO with extensive global experience. I am expert in working with entrepreneurs with international ambitions but cash constraints. After twelve years working successfully abroad, culminating in being the CFO of a new business in Iran, I returned to the UK in 2006 to focus on the owner managed market. Since then I have worked with three dynamic owner managed international groups.

Track record highlights

Securing the support of a major UK clearing bank, and subsequent debt pay down, whilst in special measures.
Building a portfolio of international banks to provide $250m of credit facilities for an international group.
Introducing a structured financing facility for an African subsidiary to fund crop buying.
Restructuring the tax strategy and team of an international group to reduce adviser fees by multiple thousands of pounds (including closing two long running HMRC Enquiries).
Guiding Boards through cash flow squeezes and shortages in a number of different environments (including distress).
Restructuring the input to the Board of two groups to provide concise relevant forward looking information for decision making.
Opening, closing, reviewing and restructuring international subsidiaries and business models across Europe and the Emerging Markets.
