  • Successfully raised over £20m in funding for multiple business in assisting growth and Capex projects.
  • Implemented over £250k in annual tax saving and cost saving initiatives, and helped improve cashflow and profitability.
  • Lead on the financial aspects of acquisitions/disposals including vendor presentations, buyer DD, SPA drafting, and eventual price and contractual negotiations.

  • Implemented API integration and automated finance functions including migrating to real time reporting enabling managers to make decisions in real time thus facilitating growth.
