  • Interim COO & CFO who turned around a $350m loss-making Distribution business (Al Masa IT Distribution- $12m losses per annum) to break even within 9 months.
  • CFO for a greenfield Joint-Venture (Emiraje Systems) between Airbus and a UAE Government entity, securing a multi-billion order and recognizing annual revenues in excess of $200m within Year 1.
  • Controller for 6 manufacturing plants in the UK & Sweden (Lear Corporation- annual revenues of $600m), implemented new shared services center, leading to 25% annualized savings.
