  • Completed MBO of English Landscapes, raised £4m in venture capital finance. Oversaw development from a £8mio traditional forestry company to a £30mio turnover multi-sector, national business.
  • Successful track record in M&A projects. Led acquisition integration projects, cultural integration and change management, tracked and reported project progress.
  • Led numerous reviews and changes associated with the Bayer UKI corporate structure, financing, and pensions strategy.
  • Established Risk Management Function for UKI. Deployed enterprise risk management model, through risk register, assessment, mitigation planning and monitoring.
  • Led development of Finance Function to achieve recognised excellence and a high performing team capability.
