My passion is business transformations, whether that is through people development, re-organisations, improved processes and systems, or mergers and acquisitions. I particularly enjoy being involved in improving operational performance across all disciplines and enjoy being on-site and working with people across all areas of the business to improve performance.

Track record highlights

  • Completed a number of SAP and other system implementations encompassing entire businesses. This included communication and training plans across multiple sites.
  • Introducing a system of contract and project performance reviews across a number of businesses providing greater visibility of performance and anticipated outcomes.
  • Led business as MD through merger, relocation and restructuring of the business. This required leadership during a period of significant disruption.
  • Part of MBO dealing with external advisors and VC. Eventually this business was sold on and I played a significant role in this sale.
  • Mentoring and Team Development. Acted as mentor to all levels including Business MD, and developed the Finance Team to progress in their roles.
