- Led business as MD through merger, relocation and restructuring of the business. This required leadership during a period of significant disruption.
- Part of MBO dealing with external advisors and VC. Eventually this business was sold on and I played a significant role in this sale.
- Mentoring and Team Development. Acted as mentor to all levels including Business MD, and developed the Finance Team to progress in their roles.
