Paul is Divisional Director at The CFO Centre, having first joined the leadership team in January 2019 as UK & Ireland Operations Director. He later served as Regional Director, where he played a key role in team growth and delivering sustained client expansion over a two-and-a-half-year period. In 2024, Paul stepped into the Divisional Director role. Prior to joining The CFO Centre, Paul built a successful 17-year career with HSBC, holding senior leadership roles across banking and wealth management, with a focus on market growth, client experience, and large-scale organisational change.
