He has a proven track record of driving growth, improving financial performance and creating shareholder value, including scaling SDR Group to £5.1m revenue and supporting the £23m sale of Churston Heard. Mike partners with founders, CEOs and boards to strengthen financial strategy, support decision-making and deliver sustainable business growth.
