  • Negotiated complex working capital facility in real-time location systems business and supported CEO in various capital raises totaling £10m.
  • Supported founders in establishing a low cost computer programming devices charity and created trading subsidiary to avoid tax leakage once hugely successful products went to market.
  • Value added business partner in negotiating customer deals totaling $100m in European business of US Electronic design automation software company; reduced receivables from 150 to 55 days.
  • Introduced forecasting, budgeting, backlog reporting into Northern European part of EDA software and OEM hardware business; reduced receivables from 140 to 60 days.
