  • CEO of URM Group for 12 years; privately owned glass recycler; Adopted innovative technology to maximise recovery of glass from difficult to manage waste streams and project managed design, build and installation of new 350k throughput recovery facility. key focus on funding and performance measurement.
  • Divisional CFO for Rok Plc for 4 years; Property build, repair and maintenance; led extensive M&A; growth and expansion strategy. key focus on acquisitions and merging of culture and systems.
  • CFO for Dunlopillo for 2 years; VC owned bedding manufacturer; led divestment of global brand . Key focus was maximising VC returns.
  • CFO for NG Bailey for 8 years ; privately owned M&E contractor; transitioned finance function from back office to service centre capability and alongside MD led 5 year strategic transformation programme adopting EFQM model for measuring and managing change. Key focus on contract performance measurement and cash generation.
  • Financial controller for 6 years for British Steel and Encon Plc, Key focus was implementing financial controls and reporting.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with MBA.
