Track record highlights

  • Re-modelled supply chain logistics following Brexit successfully minimising tariff costs, VAT exposure and reducing delivery times to the EU. Also established new legal entity in the Netherlands.
  • Senior role in the successful acquisition of a German complementary company. Directed European side of due diligence, financial analyses and tax consultants, and helped negotiate the terms and purchase agreements.
  • Identified SMEs funding position and ensured future capital and legal requirements were met. Tightly managed cash flow: approved all purchases including capital to ensure minimum inventory levels without service interruptions. Designed pricing policy and project appraisal.
  • Ran European finance department in the successful implementation (on schedule and within budget) of worldwide SAP-ERP System with minimal outside consulting support.
  • Established accounting and reporting functions in regional offices within Europe. Included detailed examination of ‘permanent establishment’ rules and a formal agency commission agreement between UK, German and French legal entities.
