I bring over 25 years of leadership experience in finance, manufacturing, and distribution, having held roles as CEO and CFO of Multi Packaging Solutions/WestRock. During this time, I managed multiple manufacturing and design sites across the UK and Europe, consistently delivering double-digit growth through robust financial and commercial processes and innovative supply chain strategies. I was honoured to receive the North Tyneside Business of the Year award for Innovation.

After successfully leading a £300k turnover business as an independent CFO,  I am very pleased to join the CFO centre to support business leaders develop their businesses to achieve their ultimate goals. My experience spans from large-scale operations to entrepreneurial ventures, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities businesses face at every stage of growth.

  • Post-Acquisition Profit Recovery: Reversed a £2.2M loss to £2.3M profitability within 18 months for two acquired businesses at Multi Packaging Solutions, utilising process mapping, organisational restructuring, and supply chain optimisation.
  • Customer & Operational Excellence: Improved customer satisfaction from 35% to 99% OTIF and increased profitability to 29% through centralised services, innovative process realignment, and dashboard systems at Multi Packaging Solutions.
  • Cost Reduction & Efficiency Gains: Enabled £750k annual cost savings by implementing S&OP processes to optimise operations across 11 European sites in WestRock's Beauty and Luxury Brands Division.
  • Manufacturing Footprint Optimisation: Achieved a 15% EBITDA swing for Chesapeake’s UK Food & Confectionery division, avoiding site closures through strategic remapping, capital investments, and securing substantial RDA grant funding.
  • Business Start-ups and Property Management: Successfully managed two brownfield site start-ups and led property portfolio acquisitions and disposals for 10 sites.
