I am a Graduate Chartered Accountant with experience working across multi-nationals and private equity-backed SMEs. My background includes extensive M&A involvement on both the buy and sell side, ranging from large corporates to owner-led businesses. I have successfully raised and managed significant amounts of debt and equity funding, and I bring wide experience in selecting and implementing ERP systems to improve operational efficiency. In addition, I have considerable interim management experience, enabling me to adapt quickly to new sectors and deliver results in dynamic environments.

  • Refinanced £335m of PE debt with a debt consortium for a Europe wide healthcare group.
  • Implemented IFS ERP, organisation wide in a healthcare company from procurement through manufacturing to Finance.
  • Raised €45m PE equity and debt for the acquisition of a Franco-German travel group.
  • Disposed of a European travel group to an international travel leader, tripling the PE funds.
  • Disposed of a US healthcare subsidiary in a complex two stage $85m deal, in a short time frame.
