Introduction of effective processes for budgeting, business planning, reforecasting and procedures for bids for new business, obtaining buy in from senior management, and including financial modelling and detailed analysis.

Cash flow Improvement

Introduction of meaningful, regular, cash flow forecasting processes and efficient running of organisations’ liquidity (internationally) including delivering improvements to cash and working capital management.

Treasury

Management and mitigation of all aspects of financial risk, notably liquidity, foreign exchange and interest rates, together with over 50 capital raising transactions, managing lenders and ensuring covenant and other debt facility compliance requirements are proactively managed.

Management Information

Development of high quality, accurate, timely reporting and management information, including business KPIs, variance analysis and explanations, providing commercial insight to enable effective decision making by management. Presentations to boards, external advisers, and a range of equity and debt providers.

M&A Specialist

M&A buy and sell sides, including preparation for exit. Collation and presentation of historical information and development of business projections, with associated commentary. Vendor due diligence, review of financial DD, presentations to potential acquirers, transaction financing, corporate structure reorganisation, adequacy of working capital modelling, data room management, working with specialist advisers where appropriate. Post acquisition integration.
