He officially joined the business in 2022, bringing with him a unique background in professional football, where he developed strong leadership and communication skills captaining clubs in the latter stages of his playing career. Having worked with the business over many summers, Joseph brings deep-rooted passion and insight to his role as Chief Operating Officer, supporting its continued growth with energy and focus.
