  • Refinanced and restructured investment property portfolio disposing of UK and overseas property and renegotiating funding facility.
  • Managed tender and legal process for both new corporate banking and new bank debt purchase agreement, raising £20m finance.
  • Formulated trusted relationships to be invited onto Strategic Management Board of European entities.
  • Prepared 5 year business plan for US subsidiary and finance team restructuring to support external financing requirement of US$20m.
  • • Identified under-resourced infrastructure which was key to expansion; by restructuring and outsourcing the support teams, and implementing control processes, operational cost savings of 30% were achieved.
