  • Part of building a successful financial services business from a start up with 5 staff members to circa 100 with turnover in excess of £30m.
  • Set up subsidiaries in the US, Dubai and Monaco and oversaw both the Financial and Operational aspects of each.
  • Managed the full process of liaising with potential external buyers and their numerous groups of advisers for the due diligence covering all departments of the business.
  • Helped develop a work culture whereby the business prided itself on minimal staff turnover because of an excellent working environment.
  • Developed a very good knowledge of financial markets, including regulatory and compliance aspects, so as to be able to advise businesses not only from an CFO’s perspective.
