- Negotiated directly with HMRC around an extended deferred payment programme over an unusually long 23 month period.
- Established international operating subsidiaries in both Europe and the Middle East for expanding companies & developed strong legal, banking and sponsor relationships to support these new companies.
- Developed an Information Memorandum covering a 5 year period to support a £3m offer of investment.
- Transformed Group shareholding structure through complex but tax efficient bonus to shares programme that enabled 16% of revised equity to be held by staff who gained when Group later sold.
