  • I have rolled my sleeves up to execute change and to develop the finance functions of the businesses I worked with. This included changes at different stages of growth and mentoring the teams to give outstanding service to the rest of the organisation.
  • I have implemented straightforward commercial information to help the businesses scale.
  • I have been responsible for the IT strategy and implementation in several organisations, leading to improved customer service and business efficiency. This has included changes in Finance systems (e.g. SAP and Navision) and the implementation of wider business systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Other experience includes acquisitions, fund raising rounds (including an MBO) and cost reduction programmes.
  • As part of small leaderships teams, in addition to Finance, I also have had experience in property, legal, data protection, HR and operational projects.
  • I led a major retail company's international launch and have also established a new medical facility abroad.
