  • Transitioned UK company to US, setting up the main operational processes and resolving technical tax and finance issues.
  • Hand-held two clients during the Covid-19 Pandemic, raising the finance needed to survive and providing continuous 'always there' support - both clients went from barely surviving to now thriving.
  • Raised £150k of government-backed debt finance for pre-revenue start-up, from development of business plan through to final face-to-face presentation to the loan decision-makers.
  • Developed new KPI-based management accounts for an early-stage B2B client, enabling management to focus on the key performance areas and achieve annual growth in profit of over 20%.
  • Turned round B2B consultancy in financial difficulties, improving cash flow and profitability and obtaining lines of debt financing. Company now thriving and debt-free.
