Through understanding your business and the challenges it faces, I work closely and collaboratively with you to achieve your objectives.   • Have led strategic and business planning processes in businesses ranging from £5m to £80m.
  • Secured both significant grant funding and R&D credits in a manufacturing business.
  • Improved cash and working capital processes to generate significant cash flows i.e. in excess of profit.
  • Worked closely with entrepreneurs and business owners to focus on product profitability, cost analyses, and, reporting to improve profitability on a long-term sustainable basis. This included preparing for a business exit.
  • Have developed and implemented cash-flow models for property development businesses, challenging the cost-value relationship and addressing the LTV requirement.
