  • Turnaround of a clothing production business with losses of £5k to profit within 18 months. As MD of the business I built and led a new team and we delivered quality, cost and product improvements.
  • As FD of a £750m paper merchant I led various restructuring programmes to sustain profitability in the face of dramatic ongoing decline in market demand.
  • Working with CFO Centre clients to help them grow their business and to achieve their goals including sale and exit, transitioning from MD to non Exec investor, and restructuring a family group.
  • Design and implementation of a Finance and IT Shared Service Centre for a multi company/multi national group, including system integration and extensive people change and development programmes.
  • As a regional director delivered 30% year on year growth in revenues working through a focus on business and team development and relationship building.
