Due diligence and completion of acquisitions and divestitures, including 1 European acquisition.
Successfully negotiated a 5 year, £6.4m contract in Nuclear Defence with a major multinational customer.
Delivered multiple process improvement programmes, driving significant margin improvement.
Within the last 3 roles I have specialised in turnaround and growth projects, with my previous role involving M&A and Divestiture of Mid-size businesses (circa £9m T/O).
