- Sports News website – providing negotiation, strategic and finance support for €4.0m disposal, raised £150k CBIL loan.
- HR SaaS software development business - restructured finance function for reporting to new VC. Designed business case for next next round of funding, raising £1.0m. full time CFO now in place.
- Tax compliance SaaS software business - set up entire UK business for NZ holding company, completed group business case, raising NZD 4.0m in investor funding. Handed over to NZ team.
