I have almost 20 years senior finance experience which has involved working closely with an MD/CEO, most recently being a CFO for an SME that was acquired by an internationally listed group. One of the key skills I bring is communicating and building relationships with senior management across the business to help shape the strategy and outline the key success factors, both financial and non-financial, that each department contributes to the overall business being successful. Over and above my core finance skills I have a working knowledge of credit control processes, contract negotiations, HR, facilities, payroll and employee benefits. Throughout my time as CFO I have had experience of working with PE houses, exits, debt raises, acquisitions and associated integrations.
