Amy is Head of Talent at The CFO Centre, with over 15 years’ experience building resource capability in start-up and scale-up environments across nuclear, engineering, professional, and financial services. Since joining in 2021, she has focused on strengthening the quality and growth of our CFO community across the UK & Ireland. Amy leads the Talent team, overseeing resourcing, onboarding, learning and development, and the overall CFO experience.
