  • Prepared business plan, deal structure and undertook due diligence on £20m US acquisition, then executed its successful integration and turnaround into the main business to deliver the business plan.
  • Grew a VC-backed business from £7.5m to £20m annual revenue ensuring back-end processes and infrastructure were fit for scaling purpose.
  • Reduced a SaaS business’s working capital requirements by £600k via implementing tight cash forecasting, modelling and credit control procedures, despite high levels of growth in the business. Reduced its tax liability by £400k via implementation of transfer pricing model between US and UK operations.
  • Restructured and streamlined all processes and procedures in a SaaS business to provide month end reporting by working day three, a reduction of four working days, identifying critical management information and KPIs required, to enable management decisions to be made faster and drive performance improvement.
  • Completed a number of fundraising rounds: £3.5m + £2.5m PE follow-on; £4.0m via a Balance Sheet restructure; £1.5m revenue financing.
