I have a proven track record of developing and managing the strategic growth of a wide variety of companies at various stages of their development. Experienced in all aspects of finance and in particular the funding of growth businesses, with significant M&A and general management expertise.

Track record highlights

My roles included CFO for a transport company where he co-led its sale for £300m having integrated 7 major acquisitions.
I have general management experience as a Regional MD for Capital Radio.
I established the strategic exit for investors of an AIM listed company through a reverse takeover.
As FD of a waste processing business I raised £120m of project equity/subordinated debt and £50m of project debt to support the roll out of waste treatment facilities and power stations.
I developed and implemented the re-alignment of a media business from a regional structure to a brand based one to enable the group to exploit acquisitive growth and achieve annual cost savings of £2m.
