Robert has led multi-year business planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives, overseen large treasury and cash management portfolios, and played a key role in mergers and acquisitions globally. His experience spans capital markets, infrastructure and real estate, not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, and industrial manufacturing and logistics. Robert’s ability to translate complex financial insight into actionable guidance supports organizational execution, sustainable growth, and long-term transformation.

  • Directed investment strategy and governance for a $150 million endowment fund

  • Led treasury and cash management for a $6.3 billion infrastructure loan portfolio, including structuring and negotiating debt and capital funding facilities and managing banking relationships
  • Provided advisory services to investment and corporate banking teams as the subject matter expert on Risk Adjusted Rate of Return on Capital (RAROC), supporting risk adjusted capital investment decisions at TD Bank
