Paul is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 25 years of finance experience. He has had a diverse and dynamic career, working in both the public and private sectors, including family-owned businesses as well as start-up companies.
Paul has led companies to success, encompassing all areas of business from strategic levels to operational levels. This includes IT, HR, procurement, R&D, finance, tax, mergers and acquisitions, legal, and manufacturing operations. He has led a number of IT implementations and continues to be a key player in tax structuring initiatives in high-growth, global expansion environments. He has worked with a number of companies to improve processes and internal controls, reducing overall business risks.
Paul is known in the field as a reliable, approachable, and knowledgeable professional. In his roles as VP Finance, Director of Finance, and CFO, employees have found Paul to be an effective mentor, a strong communicator, and a results-based colleague.
