  • Co-led the preparation of a Confidential Information Memorandum and led the due diligence process, culminating in the sale (~ 10x EBITDA).
  • Post-acquisition, we developed a comprehensive integration plan with senior finance staff to identify and realize various deal synergies and align financial reporting processes (month-end close contract from 12 to 3 days).
  • Increased EBITDA margins by 25% with surgical pricing initiatives as well as various cost containment initiatives, process re-engineering, and right sizing actions.
  • Led a staff restructuring/cost containment, and a 30% improvement in operating margins, culminating in nearly $1 million of operating surpluses over two fiscals after four years and $5.0 million of accumulated operating deficits.
  • Renegotiated multiple supplier and service agreements, delivering more than $20 million in on-going annual savings.
