  • Played a key role in IPO on NASDAQ of a Canadian company.
  • Played a key role in the acquisition and integration of a Canadian food company. Integration finance, procurement and manufacturing functions into parent company systems and facilities.
  • Developed and implemented inventory costing procedures to accurately reflect profit margins by product. Invaluable in assessing product profitability and areas of improvement.
