  • Scaled an early-stage design and technology agency over 6 years into its strategic growth phase. Implemented SOX controls and achieved 250% of financial profit goals in the final years of its sale to WPP, with the founders achieving their maximum 3-year earn out as a result.
  • Helped founders of technology start-ups successfully raise $10 million of seed capital, leading to returns for investors and founders.
  • Worked through the due diligence and financial reporting of the music publishing side of the $2.6b sale of Warner Music Group. I worked with the new owners and auditors to ensure that the subsequent IPO was successful.
  • Achieved $4m of results for COVID-related loans and employment tax credits for clients based on identification of opportunities, successful applications, and correspondence with various US tax agencies for 2 clients.
  • Active member of West Vancouver Legion, where we strive to improve the lives of Canadian veterans and their families through fundraising for supporting veterans housing, medical equipment, prescription medicines, and peer support.
