His finance and operations experience as a CA/CPA includes all aspects of financial management and reporting, investments, contract negotiations, and profit maximization. Consulting experience with Big 4 firms includes process and system implementations and improvements, analysis and reporting, and strategy development and execution. He invests time to really understand the drivers of success and develop tailored value-creation strategies to achieve results. Canadian CFO for a $350 million start-up insurance broker, leading all financial activity, including financial planning, reporting, and contract negotiation.
Global CFO for the largest captive insurance manager with 20 global offices. Based in Bermuda and responsible for global finance, HR, and IT.
Lead general ledger implementation teams for SAP ($100 million project) and Peoplesoft ($40 million project) for two large USA insurance companies.
Developed a process to create a rapid strategic plan. Implemented this internally with multiple employers and also with many clients.
Started a global division of a large USA insurance company and built a rapid-deployment insurance company platform initially deployed in Rio de Janeiro and Warsaw.
