With over a decade of experience as CEO of a complex crown corporation generating approximately $500 million in annual revenue, Bob has demonstrated a proven ability to lead organizations through growth and transformation. He also served as Chair of the Audit Committee for a company with more than $1 billion in annual revenue and has been on the Board of an organization whose brands accounted for around $5 billion in revenue.
In addition to his executive roles, Bob has worked closely with founders and early-stage companies as a mentor, co-founder, and fractional CFO. He brings a unique ability to drive results through collaboration, leveraging his energy, optimism, and disciplined approach to enhance performance and foster accountability within teams.
A passionate lifelong learner, Bob holds multiple professional designations and credits his real business education to his 12 years of experience with one of Canada’s most successful entrepreneurial family businesses, as well as his time as a TEC CEO member for seven years.
