Regional Director – Edmonton (Remote)

We are looking for an ambitious Regional Director who is looking to build their book of business in Edmonton. This is a remote-based role, but you must be located within the region.

As a Regional Director, you will lead a talented team of Chief Financial Officers dedicated to helping ambitious $2–100 million businesses achieve their goals. You’ll enjoy the autonomy to grow a high-performing region while benefiting from the support of a globally recognized organization.

In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, President, and fellow Regional Directors, leveraging your local network and business development expertise to expand our client base throughout the Edmonton region.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead business development initiatives by identifying and securing new client opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Build and lead a team of experienced CFOs across the Edmonton region, with a strong focus on exceptional client experience and business development.
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth opportunities.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of client contracts to establish successful new partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of fractional CFOs.
• Analyze regional performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business performance.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance client service and business development effectiveness.
