I am a seasoned finance professional with a rich and varied experience of 30 years, covering Business Finance partnering, Supply Chain, Controllership, Financial Planning & Analytics, Treasury, Risk Management, Governance across India, Asia-Pacific, Africa & Global roles in FMCG, Retail, Commodities & Airlines with MNCs, Promoter driven companies, Startups & Indian MNCs.

 

I am an accomplished, result-oriented finance professional with more than 3 decades of experience, of which 10 years have been as a CFO. I have worked with Large multinational corporates such as Reliance Essar group and TransAsia -Erba group as well as start ups.

I have the ability to streamline and develop processes controls that drive growth and bottom line. I have led and advised Corporates for international acquisitions and fund raising. I also have strategic leadership qualities and inter-personnel communication skills at all functions/levels.

Finance professional with 24 years of experience in start-up and strategic business operations. I have already established three start-ups in India, created structured dynamic teams, forged strategic partnerships, and pioneered new growth opportunities in rapidly changing ecosystem. I have proven track record of success in building business strategies, business plans and business processes.

An engineer from BITS Pilani and a MBA from IIM Calcutta , I have worked in well known MNCs like Colgate Palmolive , Coca Cola and Intel . My last role was as the CFO of HNI India , the Indian of HNI Corporation – a leading office furniture company .

My work experience spans areas of Business Planning , Accounting and Reporting, Investments / Treasury .

Specialising in service industry in India and Overseas, I have amassed over 20 years’ of work experience and 14 years as a CFO/Finance Director and I am associated with CFO/FD Centre since 2015. I am passionate about helping founders / CEOs in translating visions and objectives into reality, offering tangible results in line with expectations as a CFO/Finance Director.
