  • Managed Sales and Marketing Function for International Conglomerate covering 66 countries across Africa, Middle and Near East.
  • Led Implementation of SAP B1 ERP system in 6 companies in as many weeks.
  • Led company-wide supply chain re-engineering project in conjunction with professional consultants.
  • Revived the groups substantial European business which collapsed after exit of a senior director along with almost the entire sales and logistics support team.
