  • Advisor and Acting CFO for Rocketlabs (now NASDAQ Listed), which included supporting them with capital raising, US and NZ Government funding, business strategy, employee share option plans.
  • Established a government backed programme to support capital raising for innovative businesses in New Zealand. Worked with over 100 companies raising over $200m over a 10-year period
  • Advisor on management buyouts in sectors including IT Infrastructure, Printing, Manufacturing and Food Sectors. A number of these involved working with multinational vendors
  • Completed international advisory roles involving clients and or counterparties from China, South America, USA, Europe and Australia
  • Chairman of a NZ software business. I established financial and board reporting requirements. Facilitated a change in shareholders. Company experienced strong growth during this period.
  • Established Treasury Management for a major NZ food and beverage company, which included interest and foreign exchange risk management, and securing over $500m of debt funding facilities
