Having started working life in the Entertainment industry with companies such as Nintendo UK and Sega Europe, I then started my own business from a start-up and grew this to a £30M T/O business employing 120 staff. Over an 8 year period I undertook an MBO, reverse takeover of a much larger business and an exit.
