I have worked in retail and lead teams for over 19 years and worked up to regional manager being my last role. I am experienced in recruitment, planning and developing my team to achieve and maintain not only excellent sales but to deliver stand out client satisfaction. My passion lies with helping my clients achieve the dream.

I’m a CIMA qualified commercial finance director with over 20 years’ senior management service across SME environments to PLCs within manufacturing and service sectors. My skill set is broad and deep and whilst able to manage the day to day of transactional finance I am equally adept at longer term strategic planning. In addition I have managed commercial, HR & IT functions.

I was part of the Exec team which grew Skipton Group profits from £25m to almost £300m during my tenure, as FD of the Mortgage & Savings Division, and CFRDO of the Group.

Previous roles included FD of the RBS Retail & Direct Sales business, and Head of Cost Management at RBS.
Prior to joining Skipton I setup a consultancy business helping SME’s to better understand & sustainably reduce costs, evaluate customer profitability to shape sales strategy, and implement robust financial planning, leading to material improvements in bottom line profits
