I have raised over £75million in funding from IPO, public market share issues, asset securitisation and private equity.

My passion is business transformations, whether that is through people development, re-organisations, improved processes and systems, or mergers and acquisitions. I particularly enjoy being involved in improving operational performance across all disciplines and enjoy being on-site and working with people across all areas of the business to improve performance.

I have often “filled the gaps” in the senior management team and worked closely with the business owner/CEO to help translate their vision and passion into business reality.

I am a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in senior financial roles ranging from Group Financial Controller, Divisional Managing Director, Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer. I have significant experience in leading Finance teams and ensuring that Financial MI is timely, relevant and reliable. Commercially focused, strategic, collaborative and with an eye for detail.

Strategic CFO with extensive global experience. I am expert in working with entrepreneurs with international ambitions but cash constraints. After twelve years working successfully abroad, culminating in being the CFO of a new business in Iran, I returned to the UK in 2006 to focus on the owner managed market. Since then I have worked with three dynamic owner managed international groups.
