Nirav Buch: My name is Nirav Buch and I’m from DreamSoft IT Solutions Private Limited. And we are associated with CFO Center from last about about 13 about 15 months now, and our primary purpose of having them on board was to find out a techno investor in our company. That process is on and along the way, we got many inputs and many positive and very very useful inputs into our business from the consultant who is who has been working with us very closely, and with his associations, we got new ideas and the, the overall experience has been extremely beneficial. We are still in the process of finalizing the investor, but the journey so far has been quite good, but we decided to invest early on in our business with CFO Center, and I’m sure that the results will come, you know, for this investment.What is one thing you can do MORE of since signing up with the CFO Centre?
Nirav Buch: CFO Center gave us insights into how to properly utilize product development because we are a software company and we have developed certain products in the last four years. And the consultant from CFO Center gave us good insight, which my CA also could not do, and using those inputs, we, we could strengthen our balance sheet, we could get more profits on board. And his, his experience helped us a lot in strengthening our balance sheet.What is one thing you can do LESS of since signing up with the CFO Centre?
Nirav Buch: Basically, we have tied up for putting an investor with investment in our company. And we are also looking for a value proposition for our other company where we do product distribution. So, our right now the entire focus is on preparing proper documentation with the help of the consultant nominated by CFO Center, and also strengthen our documenting documentation strength and then he will become the bridge between our companies and the investors. And we, we are right now in that entire process of hunting for an investor.
