What would you like to say to your CFO?

Thomas Martin: Hello. I’d like to start by thanking Michael Meyer from the CFO Center for working with us here at Legend Brewing Company. It’s been a pleasure working with him so far and look forward to doing it more in the future.

What one or two big issues/untapped opportunities were you facing before you started working with us?

Thomas Martin: Well, one big issue we’ve had when Michael started working with us is to upgrade our accounting system to integrate with our brewing production software. And we’ve done that, plus changing our accounting over to something that I would say is a little more up to industry standards.

What have been the benefits to your business specifically?

Thomas Martin: Another thing we’ve done since Michaels been here is rearranged our corporate structure quite a bit to get the right people into the right spots and doing the work that they’re best suited for. And that’s been a big help to smooth the operations out and help us with productivity.

What have the benefits been to you personally?

Thomas Martin: Well, personally, I feel it’s been very advantageous to have someone here in a CFO position, Michael in particular to consult with on business strategy and where we’re gonna go, how we’re gonna finance things what the next moves are gonna be within the company.
