Steve Pierce has over 35 years experience and is an established leader, innovator, and strategist, with a passion for operational efficiency.  He has worked with Nationwide Financial, First Chicago NBD, and CNA insurance among others to increase profitability through operational efficiency, process design, and product development. He has strong data management and analysis skills that enable him to identify opportunities and develop processes that allow better informed decision making and planning.  As a strong strategic planner, Steve partners with business leaders to identify the end goals and how to measure what matters on the path to achieving desired results.

Steve has extensive experience in financial services and fin-tech industries, leading and collaborating with firms of all sizes to develop and execute plans for revenue growth, capital improvement, and client satisfaction.  He has a proven ability to leverage relationships and inspire teams to a high level of performance. With a knack for innovation and financial analysis he has led efforts to enhance products, bring new products to market, and expand businesses into new markets.
