  • Remediated public company reeling from failed post-acquisition integration, reputation challenges, and toxic culture. Reduced burn rate by $1M, implemented new CRM and marketing tech platforms, built key functional teams, tackled reputational challenges, and transformed culture. Positioned for sale at 3x stock price upon hire..
  • Led turnaround of $15M VC/PE-backed digital marketing and education company by successfully delivering over $6M (50%) reduction in operating expenses while maintaining quality of client deliverables.
  • Developed and executed operational improvement and capital raise strategy for $20M founder-led women’s networking organization and positioned Company for profitable sale.
  • Led strategic planning meetings with Board and management teams of portfolio companies to develop growth strategy. Identified and evaluated key hires, built financial reporting and analysis capabilities, and implemented budgeting and forecasting disciplines. Served on BoD.
  • Managed a $600M portfolio of senior and subordinated debt provided to PE firms in their LBO transactions and was involved in evaluating domestic and international M&A transactions.
