The problem

We are a premium packaging manufacturer with a 40 year history. We have a growth plan to expand into new geographical markets as well as to acquire new clients. But availability of funding has always been an issue as our business has always been working capital heavy. So we want to have a high calibre FD/CFO to help us to raise funds but it turns out that Edmand brings in more in the way of support than just our funding needs.

This has led to an increased awareness and improvement on key performance indicators such as profitability ratios, working capital days to name a few.
