- Creation of business performance reporting, including monthly KPIs and board reporting packs to ensure timely identification of trends, risk and opportunities.
- Developed scenario modelling to test all impacts of decisions on P&L, balance sheets and cashflow to aid decision making.
- Worked with administrators to professionally close businesses that were entered into administration following huge pension deficit from a large final salary scheme.
- Successfully recovered business from a loss of £2.5m to profit of £1.3m in 2 years.
