- Financial integration of an American acquisition into the purchasing UK Multi National, and co-ordination of activities between New York HO and plants in Virginia and N Carolina to reduce obsolescence.
- Major role in turnaround of an engineering company from annualised £1 Million loss to £750k profit.
- CFO of an AIM listed company which grew turnover from £6.7m to over £120m in 3 years. Key role in acquisition strategy and move to full listing.
- CFO of company which obtained Venture Capital and moved to an AIM listing. Key member of successful bid team for NHS contracts.
