Track Record Highlights
- 15+ years working closely with dozens of management teams on strategy development, business planning, financial projections; and project managing deals/fundraising rounds.
- Advised on raising a total in excess of £400m on multiple deals in practice.
- Completed all financial modelling and assisted in VDD for secondary buy-out of a media company, raising £70m of equity and £44m of debt.
- Worked closely with the management team of a SAAS business to rationalise; preserving VC funding whilst we revised the strategy that ultimately brought them back to profitability and growth.
- Identified the failing part of a transport business in the Non-Profit sector, and worked with management & stakeholders to engineer a 'soft landing' into Administration; and sale to National Express.
