- Major change management programs to improve financial management, in one case while recovering losses from previous poor reporting, $35m lost due to bad investment decisions and $2.5m major fraud.
- Wrote new business plan and implemented new financial reporting to support major financial change, cost reduction & control programs, $20m increased revenue, $35m reduced losses, and $140m Bond issue.
